Processing your Sales Orders Manually
(Financial Controller only)
Use the Amend Despatches option to keep track of your sales orders, to manually allocate and despatch all or part of the stock required for each order, to cancel an order or put it on hold, and to change a stock allocation which has already been made.
Select the sales order(s) you require from the Sales Orders window, then choose the Amend Despatches option. The Amend Allocations & Despatches window appears, listing each product from the first sales order you selected, one line per product.
You can also allocate and despatch all of the stock required for your sales orders using the following options:
You can use the Complete button on the Sales
Order windows to allocate and despatch stock, print a delivery note, update
the product levels and create an invoice;
You can use the Allocate option from the Sales
Order window toolbar to fully allocate stock to selected orders; and
You can use the Despatch option from the Sales
Order window toolbar to fully despatch allocated stock to selected orders.
